Tips for using the Rohnson AirGlow Multistyler R-688

  • Wash and lightly dry your hair before styling — AirGlow works best on damp, not completely wet hair.
  • Use a heat protection product for extra protection.
  • Comb your hair thoroughly for a more even result.

-Always start with a medium temperature (80°C) and moderate speed.
-For quick drying, use the 99°C setting and then lock in the look with cold air (cold shot 3’’).
-If you have fine or sensitive hair, choose a lower temperature (60°C) to avoid damage.

For curls:

  • Hold the middle of a section of hair 1.5 to 2.5 centimeters wide, letting the ends hang down.
  • Turn on the styler. Place the attachment behind the hanging ends. The ends will automatically wrap around the attachment—no need to wrap them manually.
  • Once the ends are wrapped, release the strand and slowly move the attachment toward the roots, allowing the hair to continue wrapping around it.
  • For best results and to avoid heat damage, hold the attachment in place for 5 seconds, then press and hold the Cool Shot button for at least 5 seconds. Repeat if necessary until your hair is dry. Turn off the styler and pull the attachment straight down to reveal your curl.

For straightening: Slowly move the oval brush from the roots to the ends in a continuous motion.

For volume: Lift the roots with the round brush, directing the air flow upwards. Or use the diffuser for curly hair.

If you have colored or dry hair, opt for lower temperatures and shorter passes.

Tip: Allow your hair to cool before touching it — this will lock in the shape and duration of your styling.

  • Unplug the device before cleaning it.
  • Remove the accessories and clean the microfilter regularly for maximum performance.
